In a significant stride towards the realisation of a transformative project for Auckland, the Committee for Auckland, through the expertise of CfA board member and Simpson Grierson partner, Simon Vannini, is helping establish the entity which will govern a City Centre Digital Twin Pilot. Over time the digital twin will create a complete, digital replica or “twin” of the central city’s infrastructure substantially improving future decision-making and creating a new form of active public engagement,

The project is being championed by Auckland Council, the Government, Koi Tu: The Centre for Informed Futures and Ngati Whatua Orakei.
